It is hard to believe that it has been 14 months since my surgery.... I am happy, happier than I have been in years... feeling so much better and enjoying life as it comes now.
Yes granted, I do have my ups and downs but who doesnt.. I am still here and doing things that I havent done in years...
I have gained new friends and loving it...and I have even (i think) have helped a few.
People probably dont like it when I come around because when the suject comes up I just love to talk about my surgery.
Weighed myself today and I have 8 more pounds to go before I am at the same weight as my 20 yr old....
I have 19 to my personal goal.... and I am doing good at doing what ever I want and my self control...
To this day if I had it all to do again I would...with no regrets...

Well well, time flies when you are having fun....As of yesterday I am 1 year post op.... this past year has been very interesting.
I have made several different small goals and have met each and every one of them..I still yet to be disappointed about my decision that I had made. I love the person that I have become.Did you read that... I LOVE the person that I have become. Took me a while to even WANT to say that. I love the energy that I now have and my kids are enjoying me more...
I want to thank this site for always being there to help.
I still have a little ways to go for my personal goal but I still have time to work on that... I am not beating myself up because I didnt make it to final goal in this year that has gone by...because i have come a long way....Heck for anyone loosing 100 pounds or more in 1 years time is doing damn good... and shouldnt condone themselves...
But anyway again this has been one great ride and I am expecting to keep it going that way...Because I am liking it...

Guess I can start putting my post in here... Yes it has been sometime since I have updated my profile.
MY BAD......
Anyway things are going good couldnt ask for better... well yes I can... but I wont.... Hubby has been hurting, finally found out what is causing the pain....hernia....
The holidays went well and I am glad that they are done. Now, I am eager for school to start back up for me.
Come Jan 22 I will be 11 months post op... that is just hard for me to believe that they time has flown by so fast... So far I am down 122 pounds. That just makes me so happy. For my personal goal I still have 28 more to go, but if I never get there I will be happy where I am at. Altho I am not done trying. I am determined to get there and stay there..Just have to keep my head on right and tight and let nothing absolutely nothing to stand in my way. It is my turn for things to go my way...Hope that all has a great new year and many more to come....
