I need advice about gastrogastric fistula from surgery!

Hey There Follow WLS Buddies:
I am new here and have some things to run by u all. If have been in this situation or know of anybody that has....please respond to me.
I had the RNY GB 12 years ago and I have been sick from the start with one thing or another. I started out at 435 pounds and got down to 260 with in the first 24 months. I was doing good and I had some other complications and I was put on steroids. We all knows what happens with that! I gained weight and now I weigh 375 again.
I have been sick, my guts hurt constantly and I have diarrhea and the straw that broke the camels back was that I got a little whole "wound" at the top of my scar after the tummy tuck...about 2 years after. I have recently had an abdominal abscess lanced and it was, is nasty all heck~! It is two fingers wide and two fingers deep...in width it is 2 inches wide and about 5-6 inches deep.
My primary doc finally said, I bet u have a fistula!...duh! I had been complaining about the first hole for 5 years and the gut aches that are presistant.
I went and had a endoscopy and the surgeon found a gastro gastric fistula from when I bled out during the procedure and I was not washed out good so the bacteria in there has been brewing for 12 years!
Besides that the pouch has an additional opening to the large stomach that is left in and that is why I have gained becuz the capacity is larger.
I am getting additional testing, but I need to know from the veteran's of this procedure, what have you done in this case? I have extensive adhesions and the first surgeon nicked my hepatic vessel and I bled out. I now have nerve damage, shaking of left hand and can't remember all the time.
I am scared and I know everybody is different, but any thing to do with this, as you have had it...please tell me.
The sorrys and all that stuff can be skipped. I just need hard solid advice. Don't mean to be a meanie, cuz let's face it...we are all in together and we need each others help to reach the goals.
