It's my 5 -year Surgiversary!  Thank you, ObesityHelp, for the reminder as it is always nice to reflect on how far I have come since my VSG.

Hello!  When I got the reminder that this of my 5th Year Anniversary of the day after my surgery in my inbox this morning, I thought of all of the people on these boards who have helped me prepare, make the decision, counsel me through the traveling and the newly recovered stage, answer questions about my new diet and anatomy, and who continue to pick me up when I need a boost.  I thank you from the bottom of my heart!
