"Dr Kennedy is Very personable, Very Honest. As for her office staff I cannot say the same. First visit they lost paperwork that was sent in 3 weeks prior so had to fill out everything again, but had me sit there for an hour and a half before they let me know this. As for as getting information to the insurance company and talking to them I had to call and walk everything through because they didn't follow through. So if it was the office staff doing the surgery I probably wouldn't go through them, but since it is Dr. Kennedy and I like her so much I guess I'll put up with it. Office Staff really needs to work on their follow through for patients. Aftercare and Support Groups before and after are MANDATORY and that is great in my opinon."
