" Dr. Gould: My surgeon has been changed to Dr. Gould at the Manchester office of DHMC. I met with him and like him just as much as Dr. Trus. He was very thorough in going over the risks of this surgery. He's quiet at first but really quite personable when you get to know him. Between him, Eric Plumley, the phys. asst. and Celine (I think I have her name right) the nurse, I get all my questions answered quickly and because my PCP is in the same office, they all coordinate my care beautifully! <p> Dr. Trus: Very pleasant and easy to talk to. Office staff is efficient in all aspects so far. He answered all my questions almost before I even asked them. The information meetings that you are required to go to before meeting the surgeon teaches you the risks involved with the surgery, but he did go over them briefly and then addressed exactly what the operation would entail. Was very open and seemed sincere in all his answers. So far, I'd give him a 9 on a scale of 1 to 10. "
