I SAID A PRAYER FOR YOU TODAY~*~ I said a prayer for you today And know God must have heard- I felt the answer in my heart Although He spoke no word I didn't ask for wealth or fame, I knew you wouldn't mind, I asked Him to send treasures Of a far more lasting kind, I asked that He'd be near you At the start of each new day, To grant you health and blessings And friends to share your way. I asked for happiness for you In all things great and small, But it was for His loving care I prayed the most of all.**Hugs**

had my open rny on 3/18 and am back at home. I swear if anyone says this is the "easy way out" to me I will jack them right in the face. It is so hard, between trying to drink all the water (64 ozs? my doc must be on crack) and just feeling overall like I have been hit by a truck I just dare anyone to tell me how "easy" it is. I never heard of any of these on the board pre-op so here it is. Stomach muscle spasms feel like labor contractions, many women get their period from have this kind of surgery even when it is not their "time". I would say those two things were the worst for me.

I Said a Prayer of Healing for you -- body, mind and soul -- That God would bring you comfort to restore and make you whole. I prayed you'd be surrounded by His awesome love and healing. Dispelling all anxiety or pain you might be feeling. Finally, I prayed you'd be uplifted by His grace, and feel yourself enfolded in the peace of His embrace.
