Do I have to count calories -
I am keeping a log counting my protein and water do I need to log calories and carbs as well. Any advice would be greatly apriciated.

3 weeks post op can I take allergy pills without c -
I am 3 weeks post op and allergys are killing me my nose is running none stop and is sore from the tishue. Not sure if I can take zyrtec without asking my Dr or not.
