I have been battling my weight for as long as I can remember, but over the last 5 or so years I have really packed on the pounds and nothing I do seems to help.... I have tried soooo many diets but what always happens is the I gain back the weight plus a few extra poungs... I go to the gym at least 5 times a week and I am feeling stong, just fat...
I am at the point where I feel like I am being held back because of my weight and really have to do something about it NOW! I hate knowing that I could have heart problems, etc. becuase of my weight... I love to travel, but have not been doing any since I hate those little seats -- way to painful.
So, now I am going to start my journey with WLS... starting to interview surgeons this month and I cannot wait to get started!!!
