Time for plastic surgery
Jan 20, 2011
Well I am 2 years out from my lapband surgery and have lost 125 lbs.Thank you Jesus.
I am a completely new person. I feel awesome and now have more energy than my sweet 13 year old girl. Oh yeah we wear the same clothes size now. Will wonders never cease?
Plastic surgery is scheduled for Feb11 @ Nortons Hospital .I am a little scared but alot excited. I know I am in good hands and all will be good.
Now Life where will you take me?

Had my lapband put in in February and already it's almost the end of June. I am so happy with my band. I have lost almost 55 lbs. Yes I said it 55 lbs. I still can't believe it. I feel awesome. Becoming more & more active. I exercise 5 times a week at the local Y. I walk at least 30 minutes & then jump in the pool for about an hour.
I drive my family nuts when I go to the shopping stores now because I park way out by the street so far away from the door so that I can get the extra walk. Every little bit counts. Just like every little bit of food that goes into my mouth has to count;so I don't settle for for cheap fattening food anymore. It's quality of food not quanity anymore.
Enough of me gushing. I just thank God every day for my life and the second chance that I am recieving.

Pre op test done--- I think
Jan 22, 2009
Finally I think all my pre op testing is finished-@ least til they think up another one. Yesterday ,I had a stress test & the day before that I had a Veinous Doppler on my lowere extremities. The stress test is what scared me the most, but that was nothing.Thank you Jesus.... The one good thing out of these tests was that I found out that I have severe sleep apnea, and have started on a CPAP machine. I am already starting to feel alot better. Now to get the weight off.
I started this quest in Sept and now anxiously awaiting the surgery. No, it's not going to be easy but I am ready to give it what I have. And what I have is a 2nd chance at life. Toodles
