"I viewed him as a man of few words - very professional and he doesn't miss a thing. After knowing him awhile he does not change. He instills confidence though. I really like him. His staff is very professional as well, yet easy to talk to. I really don't have anything I don't like that stands out. He is not one to sit and chat though. He is all business. He does not emphasize aftercare so much but he sets out expectations. I think he just expects it, but doesn't harp about it. He did address the risk of surgery. He was very matter of fact about it. I really like him and trust his abilities."
