Hello!!!!
hi everyone My name is Sarah Telf, I am 20 years old from Cambridge Ontario..i had to make a new account because i couldn't remember the password/username to my old one. i want to start coming on here more, i've been in the process for gastric bypass for over a year now, i just had my oerintation on april 5th.
My appointments dates are:
April 24th with the nurse
June 5th with the dietition
June 5th with the social worker
heres my story:
-PCOS
-Sleep Spnea
-Unhappy
-Unhealthy
-fatty liver disease
I was featured in the 'Toronto star, a reporter came to my house to interview me, and i had a photographer come take photos of me, here is the link, Take a look!
