It has been five years since my surgery.  I would like to discuss with the oldtimers what it has been like if you have switched addictions.  I know I did not have brain surgery and have found myself struggling.  I have now joined Food Addicts in Recovery and feel like there is hope.  Sure, I have my pouch which is the best tool I have ever had.  However, I still struggle with food choices, grazing etc.  I exercise 4 times per week but know that I will continue to gain weight if I do not make more changes in my life.  Anyone having the same problem?
