"He was very nice during consultation. This is the only time I've met him. The office staff seems very overwhelmed but friendly. He told me the risks and was very matter of fact about it. He didn't try to minimize or skim over the risks. He told me all about a patient who died because he didn't reveal a recent MI to UCSF. It is very important to disclose all situations that have occured since your consult."
