"My first visit with Dr. Coster was on Feb. 8th, 2001. I took my husband with me and we were both real impressed with the time he took to explain things to us and made us feel real comfortable. When we left his office I knew that I had made the right decision. My impression hasn't changed because I haven't seen him since then. I am waiting on the insurance company to approve the surgery. His office staff started out without supplying me with much information. The best one there that finally started communicating with me is Julie R. The rest of the time whenever I would call would only say they would call when they heard from the insurance co. I felt like I was being left out in the dark. Dr. Coster told us that he really believes in the after care. It is a major part of the surgery."
