Hi everyone it's been a while but Im doing fine and down 32lbs and I feel great, Im so proud of myself I join a gym yesterday and work out and feel good, I have the tool and I'm going to use it and let it work for me!!! so far I'm eating regular food and Im back to drinking water, I guess it take a month for your body to get used to the surgery but everything is going wonderful no complication at all, I thank God for that, I will be going back to work next monday .....until then Peace & Love everyone and God Bless you
