Kimberly came through her surgery with flying colors. Dr. Lane said it was a textbook surgery. He was able to do it Lap and she was awake and semi-alert. She was hurting some in her upper stomach, but she was very friendly with the morphine pump. Right after surgery, she had the shakes and the hiccups that were very painful, but when I left about 3 hrs post-op, she was a little nauseated, but OK. She's a trooper and I will check in with her in the morning and update then. Please drop her a line of encouragement. God Bless!

Alright Kimberly...just a couple of hours to go! Try to sleep. I will see you in the morning. I'm bringing your birthday gift and your "re-birthday" gift. I will say a special prayer for you tonight asking for guidance for Dr. Lane and patience for your Dad & David and of course, courage for you. You will do great! Angel on first flight! Wanting to give support and ask for support for Kimberly Carlisle who is having her surgery on Thursday, the 29th. Kimberly is a friend that GOD sent especially to me and she is a gem. I pray that GOD watches over her before, during and after her surgery.
