Making Adjustments

So this is about week 3 that I have been utilizing this site.  I find it very helpful and easy to use.  I go back for my one month appointment with the doc for my 3 month supervised weight management plan next week.  I'm trying to remain focused and motivated.  It is a real challenge.  But I've got good support system with friends and coworkers that help me stay on track.  I'm starting a 30 day cardio challenge tomorrow that a friend forwarded to me as well as I pushed my water aerobics classes up to 4 times a week.  Previously they were just two days a week. 

Readjusting the portion sizes has been a real challenge for me, but I'm doing what I need to do.  I've increased my water intake.  Part of the cardio challenge is no alcohol, no fried foods, and no fast food.  So I think I was definitely have some decrease within my 30 days. 

Well I've packed my lunch and snacks for tomorrow so here's to a great week!
