"I have gone to 2 of Dr. Spivak's seminars, and both times he took the time to personaly speak with anyone that need to ask him questions. He answered all my questions for me and was very caring and has a wonderful smile making you feel at ease. The second time I met him I was even more at ease.
His staff has been very nice and helpful in all questions I have been asking of them. I call everyweek asking about the insurance company, if they have heard from them they know me well now. She is very helpful and caring.
They have aftercare program.
They were honest about the risk of surgery I had looked it up on the computer and he explained the samething.
I have not had surgery yet still waiting for my insurance company to let us know.But I have faith in God and Dr. Spivak.
