"I picked Dr. Follwell for one he was the speaker at the Seminar that I attended in St. Louis, MO. An he wasn't bad on the eyes either. I wish I would of known earlier that he performs the surgeries at 2 hospitals instead of the one in the City. If I would of known that I would of immediately switched it to the Des Peres hospital in St. Louis. I haven't had a good experience with the staff. Either they don't know what they are doing, or they have said it so much that even if your new to them the performance is old. I had no advocate. I just feel that if they are going to spend money on radio commercials that they should spend more money on their customer service. Everyone either on the phone or in person needs to be greeted with a smile. "
