Recieved a call today from Al, who reports that Shelly went into surgery at 8 am and was doing fine in the recovery room. He planned to go home and attend to a few things then pop back about 3 pm when she would be in her room. I am so happy that she did so well. God Bless Shelly with an uneventful recovery. I will be joining you my friend on the other side, on Thursday. It will be a slimming summer for us both. God is good! Suzza

Shelly, hugs,prayers and many belssings.. you made it !! I am 6 days post-op and feel great ,so look toward those thin days to come and breath deeppppppppp !!!

Hi, I'm Al, Shelly's husband, Shelly had her surgery this morning at 10:00, we had to be there @8:00, they took her around 9:30 or so. We both were calmer than I thought, we both put everything in God,s hands and everything was fine! She is in recovery right now, I am headed back there in a few, just ran home for a few,(we live 10 mins away).Dr said she should be out of recovery around 3:00-3:30, then I can go see her. I will update later tonight once I talk to her and see for myself that she is fine.

Shelly is now in surgery. Her date got moved up on Friday and they asked her to come in today at 8 am for a 10 am surgery. I am praying that all goes well. I spoke to Shelly last evening and she sounded very much at peace. Made arrangements for Hannah to spend some time with her grandparents. I know Al is worried. I pray as do you all, that everything will be fine. And that Shelly have a swift and uncomplicated recovery and a future full of health and happiness. God Bless. Suzza
