"My first impression of Dr. Scarborough was he is a BIG TEDDY BEAR! He is attentive and thorough. I have had nothing but positive experience with his office. They have been supportive and infromative. I never have had long waits in the office and even if I did, I wouldn't care because the view from the office is BEAUTIFUL.
