Hi Sharon! You are on your way!! I know this is a scary and exciting time for you. You are going to do just fine!!! Just think, You are starting a journey that only a few travel. You should be very proud of yourself. I am proud of you!!!! Think of some of the new things you will be able to do like take a long bike ride, get on a amusement park ride and not worry if you will fit in the seat, cross your legs and the best of all have the energy to do these things!!! Everything will be just fine and know you have a wonderful group of people here to help you meet your needs. The best of luck on your surgery with a speedy and healthy recovery!! Sharon, THank you for the good wishes...I wish you a speedy recovery as well... My surgeon requires you to lose weight...i have had to lose 50 pounds...with that accomplished it makes you question you judgement in regards to getting the surgery... but yesterday I was feeling so tired of the starving ...i wanted to cheat so bad...and it made me realize that if i was not set for surgery...i would relapse into the same ole same ole...lose, gain more ..lose again and gain even more.. I will be thinking of you and will try to post before you head into the O.R... Thanks again..patti

You can do this girl! I know you can, just think by the time early spring hits you'll be A LOT lighter! I get so happy whenever I see others having success it's like we are all doing this together!!!!!! Best of luck to you for an uneventful surgery and a FABULOUS weight loss!
