well, yesterday was one year. I am still around 142 but that's okay. Some days I am 141 and some days I am 144. so, I think this is where I am going to end up, now it is time to maintain.I am sooo glad I did this surgery. I feel so much better. I dont have to stress about what to wear and how I look so much anymore.
I am off my cholesterol meds. I have more energy to do stuff. I get out more than before. I just feel so much better all around. My feet and legs dont hurt. I rarely get headaches anymore. I am glad I did this. It was worth it.
