Sinai Hospital Baltimore

"I do work at Sinait, but not on an adult unit, so nobody knew who I was. I have worked at other hospitals and was a patient at other hospitals where I did work on adult units and they did know me. My care at Sinai was far superior to the care I received at the other hospital. They were extremely professional and did everything they could to make sure this was successful."

Christina Li

"I am a little over a week post op. Dr. Li is someone who makes you feel, from the instant you meet her, that this journey is one you are on with her. She always gives you a big hug and tells you both the good things you are doing and the bad things you are doing. The staff is always friendly and encouraging. Sometimes you have to wait longer than your appointment time, but once you get into the nutriontist or Dr. Li's office you feel like you are the only person on their schedule. They always answer all of your questions and make sure you understand them. You are able to email the nutrionist with questions all the time and she typically answers within 24 hours. All of the nutritional information is a little confusing at first, but they take the time to make sure you understand it before you have the surgery. As a nurse, I researched several hospitals and several plans before I finally decided to do this 7 years later because I wanted to do it at the right place. I am sure I made the right decision."
