Well, here I am, ready to start what will hopefully be an end to a long life of pain. Ironically, I just received my new service dog today (Alex, a Landseer Newfoundland) to assist with my Myasthenia Gravis. While I know my MG isn't going to go away with this surgery, I'm certainly hoping that this will help with some other issues....sleep apnea, stamina (or lack thereof), shortness of breath, and others.
