I had my 3 month check up a week or so ago, today I am down 85#. I feel really good. I am walking more and more and starting to enjoy it.

Down 77#, had to travel out of town for work for the first time. Did great thanks to a co-worker who gave me parts of her meal to share with me so it was perfect. Still struggle getting protein and stomach hurts when trying new food.

Hit lost 66# yesterday, feeling good. Struggling to get my protein in every day. I am going to try GNC drink tomorrow for 40 grams of protein. Clothes are my new problem, things are no longer just baggy but falling down and hanging on me. Pulled 3 outfits from like 15 years ago out and they are too big too! Good problem to have.

Have only had 2 bad food experiences, eggs and pizza. At 54 pounds down. Feeling prettty good.

Well yesterday, worse experience yet, added one scrambled egg for Mothers Day, didn't even finish it and had worse chest ache, felt like a heart attack (not that I would know). Laid down for almost an hour even dosed off for a bit. Then woke up and thank goodness I had the bowl right there. 5 minutes throwing up then almost 10 minutes of dry heaves. Lets just say me and eggs are not going to be friends for awhile and I used to love them.
Funny thing is egg beater sat fine on Saturday morning, who would of thought. Then this morning I hit 41# lost so YIPPEE. Praise the Lord!

3 Weeks 2 days Post Op

Well since I have added food, I am really struggling getting my protein. I spent $175 bucks yesterday at GNC trying to get some stuff to help me drink it. I am just not interested in eating anything period. Sugar free popsickles are my bestfriend. I have only lost 4 additional pounds this past week so I know I its because I am short protein everyday. Now 2 days in a row I have had horrible nausea from cream soup so I am not going to eat that for awhile now. I have tried powder drinks that are just horrible to me. I am keeping my chin up though. I know what I have to do, I just am having a problem doing it.

Doing great, want more foods but dietician plays by the book no flex. I have lost 31.6#, YIPPEE. Got to add cottage cheese so far so good and yogurt so far good.
Day 10 Post Op - Feeling better and better

I am not having a problem with anything for the most part. Am anxious to get back to work part time this week. Am also looking forward to be able to adjust to soft foods at the end of this week after my dr apppointment. Four more days of protein packaged liquids.

Doing okay, feeling really tired, sore stomach and back but nothing unbearable. Keeping all the food down, or should I say liquid down. Tired more than anything.
Day 10 MMPC Diet

I lost 12 pounds, YIPPEE! Had alot of questions written down and after asking a bunch of them at the Dr. office realized that the guy I saw was a little impatient with me and told me just to reread my information. He was nice though and had my best interest at heart. I met the Excercise Physcologist today I really liked him, he is full of great ideas to make it work for me. I'm a happy down 12 pounds! Thursday 4/10 is my day, 10:40 am is my RNY. Can't wait!
