Well I have reached my 2 year ann. since I had my RNY Gastric Bypass. This is the best thing that I ever did in my life.

 Well I can't believe this Saturday is my 1 year surgeyversary. How time does fly by when having fun. 
I have been very happy with all my weight lose. Also enjoy my new lease on life.

 Well I am coming up to my 10 ann. Its on Christmas. I now I did the best thing for my health now.
I try to help ppl at work but they are very stuborn.

 Well I now weight 182 lbs. I really feel great. I have not felt this great in a long time. My thing is never forget were I can from.
Meaning once that most of my life I was obese. I believe people should not forget were they came from it is extream important
not to forget.
This Sunday the 25th will be my 7 month surgeryversery.

 Well this Saturday, I will be giving testamony at the Kane Center. I am looking forward to this I finally found a before
picture of me and will take an after surgery picture.

 Well I finally made my 6-month surgeryversary. Today I see my surgeon. I truely feel 100% better with all my weight gone.

 Well today is my 5 month surgeryverserary. I now weight 194 lbs. I totally feel like a new person.

 Well as of July 24, 2011 I weighed my self as usually on Sundays. I now have reached my goal weight. I am very happy that I had the RNY Surgery done. I don't have any regrets for doing this surgery.

 Well as of Sunday July 17th 2011 I have only 4 more LBS to my goal weight. Monday I go to my Cardiologist and hopefully I can finally get off my high blood pressure meds.

 Well for me I am almost at my goal weight. I only have 10 more lbs to go. I will never forget that I was obese. I was suffering 
most of my life with weight gain and lose. But with the help from Dr. Kane Jr. he gave me the tool to help loose the weight.
One thing from us is not to forget were we all came from and not to make fun of people with weight issue. Instead try to 
educate them on this illness. For me when I retire for my job. I want to work at Alexian Brothers Hospital in there weight
solution center I would like to help others.
