went to the doctors today and saw my surgon the nurse said ok hop up on the scale for me and when i did to my surprise i'm down to 2hundred an eighty pounds from 2hundred nightey five so since my surgery i have lost a total of seventy five pounds GO ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

one week from today is my 25th birthday.
what an awesome gift i am giving myself march 10th will be my one month anniversary of my surgery I CAN'T BELIEVE IT'S BEEN ALMOST A MONTH!!!!!!!!!!!!!! wow how time flys.
last sunday i went back to church for the first time since my surgery and it was amazing how many complements i got about how good i already looked.
I couldn't wait to get back and start singing again.
i also went back to bible study wendsday for the first time since my surgery and every one was very proud of me.
i have to say this journey has made me a stronger person.
it's been pretty close to a month and i've lost close to 40 something pounds 20 of wich i lost before my surgery. it took me nine weeks but i did it.

I am in stage four of my post op surgery diet.
I can finally eat some real food again as long as it's soft and mushy.
last night i had mashed potatos for the first time and loved it but it didn't love me.
i'll spare you the gross details.
i plan to go out to dinner with my mom and a family friend for the first time since my surgery on sunday i hope it all goes well.

2 weeks out from surgery.

hello every one,
it's been two weeks since i had gastric bypass and i'm happy to report i'm on stage 4 of the diet plan i got my stitches out laisst wends day and the next day i was up and walking outside with a friend and able to keep up with her fast pasted walk. i was even walking faster then her!.
i'm also happy to report i've lost 16 pounds and 11 inches off my legs and an inch off my arms and belly.
