"Dr. David Provost was friendly, nice, and very thorough in the information that he provided me. He is very knowledgeable in a lot of procedures. rnrnHis bedside manner may not be the best, but he did come and see me after surgery and was very proud of the fact that I was up walking around like it was suggested of me to do.rnrnThe day I was discharged his wife came to see me instead of him and she is the one that discharged me from the hospital.rnrnHe is a very good surgeon and good at what he does.rnrnI highly recommend him to others as he is a great surgeon."

"I have not had plastic surgery yet. I have had three consults with him and he is a great doctor. He takes time to answer your questions. However, he did not help me when it came time for insurance approval though. I found out yesterday during my Mastopexy in person appeal hearing that he went behind my back and told the insurance company that this was cosmetic so that he could have me pay him full price and not the negotiated price he would have had to accept from them.He had promised me that he would try to get insurance to see that this is reconstructive, but when he talks to someone on the phone and and tells them verbatim it is cosmetic it kind of defeats the purpose of applying for insurance coverage. He also writes crappy letters and for those reasons I am now going to have abdominoplasty and thigh lift with Dr. Patrick Pownell August 13, 2003. Please do not use Dr. Morales if you wish to have insurance pay for your reconstructive surgery. He does not write good letters to get you approved through insurance and he is not concerened with people who have to rely on insurance to pay his fees. He is not helpful unless you are self pay.He royally screwed me."
