BYE BYE 300s - I had my VSL on May 11th. I started this process at 400# and now I weigh 299#. Not just BYE BYE 300s but BYE BYE 400s. YIPPEE. Next stop the 100s. Can't weight to get there. LOL

50# gone - I am 10 weeks out of surgery today and have lost 50# since May 11th. A total of 67# gone with what I lost pre-op. FEELING GOOD!!!!!!!!
