" My first impression was that he was somewhat dry. He did warm up during the course of the appointment. He spent 45 minutes explaining the procedure, it's benefits and the risks. At the end of the appointment he asked if we had any questions. I presented by typed list of 28 questions and he went through each of them and gave thorough answers and referred me to the appropriate person if he was unable to answer the question. He feels it is very important that the patient follows through with the complete program for at least a year. I left feeling he would be very competent doing the procedure. I would recommend him to others. "
