Exhale...today my journey begins

okay...first step...I joined the forum.
Now all I have to do is find the RIGHT surgeon. About 2 years ago I visited a clinic in Edina and was less than impressed with the whole process. This time I want to find the right people who will support me through this journey. I guess my most pressing issue is to find the right surgeon with the right post operative plan for me. This is where the last clinic scared me away...it seems haphazzard and poorly thought out...I mean shouldnt the food we consume after surgery be honest healthy whole foods, not processed 'pretend' foods?
Is there such a plan?
If there is I hope I find it.
