I'm 42, I grew up in Madera moved to Fresno at 19 . Haven't left.. Yet. Married 12 years to my loving husband Ted. Four kids and I've been fighting my weight all my life. Even though if you look at pictures of a younger me you probably could not tell. I looked great I just never saw it myself. The last ten years or so have been a nightmare . I could not even lose more then 13 lbs at a time .They just kept packing on and on until I had gained 100 lbs. I am really scared now that I'm older that I'll get Diabetes , most of my family is over weight too. I watched my mom fight it her whole life. I don't want to end up sick and in bed.
