From my childhood, I had been overweight.  I tried to play soccer.  I wasn't very good at it but I played 3 out of my 4 yrs of High School.  I also did winter track all 4 yrs. but again I was not very good at it. All because I could not get myself to run the distances I needed to in practices.  I could do no better than last place each meet I ran the mile race.  I also did Spring Track also with no significant difference as I did in the Winter.  For many years, I have wondered about my weight.  It seems no one wanted to give me the time of day.  I was also so self conscience that I couldn't even bring myself to make the first contact with either males or even to females.  I have had my share of girlfriends in the past but they never lasted very long.  Except for my present relationship with my fiancee.  I have been with her now for over 10 yrs.  We do plan to get married but we just want to work out the finances.  I have been looking off and on for a true supporter in my life of which she truly is.  I also need a back up team to help me get on and stay on track. That's where I hope the mens site would come in.  For the last couple of months, I have been trying to work out a way to get healthy food on tight Disability budget. I am out of work and on disability where funds are just so tight, affordable healthy food is almost impossible!  I would love to buy either turkey burgers or veggie burgers, but the cost of either of those far exceeds the cost of a box of regular beef patties. And I am a meat loving man! A box of fish sticks, as unhealthy as they are, has way more in the box for little cost than a healthy steak of tuna and so on and so on.  If America wants people to lose weight, they should cut the prices down on these healthy foods. No one should be forced to eat beans, nuts, and veggies like a caged animal would just because of the cost of lean meat, fish, etc. is too much.  Lower the prices on healthy "real food", and you will see the numbers on the scales lower along with it.
