"Overall I felt pretty good about Dr Moore but I have to be honesty I did not feel his staff to be very helpful except his nurse Evelyn. When I left the hospital I did not receive much info about how to take of my badges so I winged. Dr Moore is going to re-cut some more skin off of my arms under my arm pits because it looks like nipples left under each arm. I could be wrong but I thought that he also said that he would make my scar on my arm more on the inside of my arm so it would not be so noticeable from the back but it is very noticeable form the back. I know that I would have scars that's understood. I could have been a better experience but it also could have been worst."
"I was impressed with Dr Mejias when I went to my first seminar. He was serious about his work. He knew exactly what he expected from his patient and he really cares about the patient. Dr. Mejias has a extensive aftercare program. He does not do the surgery and then leave you to do the rest yourself. He is there through the whole program. I recommend him and his staff hands down!!!! Janet is very patient. She is there for you when you just think that the insurance company is giving you a run around. She is very caring about the patients too."
"My first night in MICU the nurses station was right outside of my door and they were very very very loud./ I had to ask my nurse to tell them to please be quiet. My first IV failed and the nurse tried to put another one in and I could tell by the way she was doing it that she had not done one in a while. I told her if she could not do it please call someone that could because I did not want to look like a pin cushion. My last day in the hospital my second IV was failing too. When discharged the nurse did not have a clue as to if I could take a bath, drive, or if could change the bandages. I will say that a patient rep came by and I told her about the noise and she vowed to take care of it. I also received a letter in the mail from St Mary's apologizing about the noise incident."
