So, here I am almost 5 months post op. I'm down to 174 lbs! I think that's 72 lbs. lost and only 39 lbs. to go:) It's finally hittin me that this is gonna work. Holy *hit I'm not gonna be fat my whole life:) I have no regrets and am SO thankful to Dr. Swartz and my family for helping me make this happen. Yeah 4 me!

I feel like there's a clock ticking and it's running out! I know the "window for weight loss" is generally 1 yr after WLS. I feel like I'll never be able to get even close to my goal weight! Feeling alone & frustrated:(
