Hi my name is Stacy and I'm 31 years old and I've been over weight most of my adult life. I am married and have three kids. Today 3-18-08 i just found out that i have been approved from my insurance and my psychological evaluation. I'm just so excited to start my new journey. Know im waiting for the doctors office to call me and schedule a few more app.
Today 4-7-08 i got a call for my surgery date it will be on 5-5-08 and on 4-22-08 i have to go for my blood work and my x-rays.
4-22-08 Well today i went to get my blood work and x-rays and everything came back great i was so happy. I'm also so excited can't believe that it is right around the corner.
5-04-08 Well i am nervous and a little scared but just waiting to get through tomm.
5-8-08 I came home from the hospital yesterday and today ive had a lot of gas prob but I'm getting through it. I'm doing pretty well my mouth has been really dry but my surgery went great i was crying before i went in to surgery i guess all my emotions finally got the best of me i also thought of not going through with it im glad i did. I've been sleeping alot because of the oral med. The doc and the staff at Baric Clinics were great couldn't ask for any better anything u wanted or needed they were their no probs. Well ill write back soon im getting alittle sleepy so talk to ya later.
11-18-08 I haven't written in along time and i found out last month that i had gallstones and no one here wants to touch me because ive had gastric bypass so I'm just waiting for Dr.Shram to call so we can schedule an appointment and he said it wont be till the beginning of the year so i hope my body can wait till then .
11-18-08 I started to workout and i was so excited that i could jog for 2 min straight i am going to work my way up and know i can walk 3 miles in 1 hour I'm just so glad at where im at. i luv u gastric bypass and thank u for your help
