Hi Stefanie! I read your story about the sign from your Mom! It was very touching!!!! God (and our loved ones) watch over us and send us angels when we need them the most! What an awesome thing for you to have been able to feel your Mom's presence! I am having my surgery on June 5th! I'm a little scared, too. I think that anyone going into this that is not a little nervous is not very informed. But, we didn't get to this point by mistake. I know for me that it took a lot of research, planning, and especially prayer! We are going to have a summer of rebirth! I wish you the best! Susan

Hi Stefanie, Just wanted to wish you good luck and let you know i will be here for you:) I read your profile and the part about your Mom gave me goosebumps. I too got a sign from my Mom ,she passed away in 92. I was in the holding room waiting to go into surgery and i looked up and her face was there smiling at me and i heard her say"Fly Little bird,Fly":) I went into surgery with a smile on my face:) God Bless you and your family :) Love Val

Good luck with your surgery. Your mom is watching over you and remember Mom always knows what is best. She may not be with you physically but she is still with you. You will do fine. I had my surgery May 11th and believe me, I was thinking about backing out at the last minute but I am so glad I didn't. I could have never lost all the weight I need to loose on my own. Good luck with your journey of your new life.
