"When I fisrt met Dr. Monk it was when he had done my neice Lainie. When he came from the operating room to tell us how it went, he addressed all of us and I think that shows a good character. When I met with him for myself he was very straight forward and very attentive towards me and my husband. He came across as a man who knows what needs to be done and knows the safest way for it to be done. He also comes across as it being his way or no way. But I would tell anyone looking into this surgery and newlife style to at least sit and talk to him first.His staff are both great to work with and knowledgeable of their job. Im glad they all will be with me through out this change."
