I went today for my first check up with my family doctor since January of this year when I decided to go for my RNY surgery.  My weight is now 277 which is down 54 pounds since my surgery May 18th of this year.  My blood pressure is 118/76.  I just  can't believe it.  Next week is my two month check up with my surgeon.  I have to wait for my blood results to see how my cholesterol is and blood sugar. 

I am happy with my results and would do it again in a heart beat.

Well, I had my one month check up.  I have lost another 17 lbs and on a grand total of 23 lbs and I am starting my fourth week.  I am under 300 and I am sooooo happy!   The only problem that I am having is with constipation.  My blood pressure is good 128/88.  Doctor said it will get better everyday.

I had my first doctor's appointment and he said I am looking good.  I have lost 6 bls by his records.  He did put me back on my water pill because of my legs swelling.  He did says that the one swelling my than the other could be a clot and to keep an eye out.  If it get worse he wants to do an ultra sound on my leg.   Next appointment is in a month.

I received my letter from my insurance company on 04/23/2010.  It only took one week to receive as the dr's office only sent out my request on 04/16/2010.  I am a little scared but can't wait to start the next part of my journey. 

I have completed all my required tests on 03/25/2010.  Then found out yesterday that the doctor's office was sending off for my insurance company's approval.  Now I feel like I am on a ride....going up and down.   I really have no one to talk to and feel a little crazy without someone to understand.
