I am a 32 year old wife and mother of 3. I have been overweight all my life. I just wanted to tell you that this was the best thing I have ever done for me!!!! I am 6 1/2 months post -op ( almost 7) and down 120lbs. Thank you God!!!! I had no problems with recovery and I take one day at a time! Good luck to all of you out there who's surgery is coming up!

Ok, so I woke this morning and weighed in at 200lbs!!! I can't wait untill that scale reads under 200. I am sure that will happen soon. I have'nt weighed this in atleast... welll.....
ok since middle school. That would be about 20 years ago?????
Can you believe it? 135lbs in a little less than 8 months!!!!
The weight loss has slowed down now but its still coming off!

Ok, So the scale moved under the 200lb mark! Current weight 191 lbs. My pictures are up finally. The before pic is at 335lbs
the after pic is about 20lbs ago. I believe I was between 210 and 215!

HAPPY ONE YEAR TO MEEEE!!!!!!
It has been an awesome year. I still can not believe it is me!
I weighed in at 182 for my one year post op check up. The weight is coming of a lot slower but the scale is still moving in that down ward position! I sent in a new pic and it is up. They have taken my old one off. The new one is me in the black shirt.

Oh My god! It has been sooo long and so much has happened! I am now 6 years (WOW) post op and weighing 140! I have managed to hold the weight down well! The only thing I can't stand anymore id the skin! I am currently working on trying to get that removed! I have updated some new pics so you can see. Anyone who want;s to talk feel free to email me svalles253@yahoo.com! Still loving life!
