"The first impression I got from him was at the seminar. He was hekka funny! I really was knowing what was gonna be talked about and he was honest if nothing else. Very down to earth and explained what was needed to be known I thought. And he didn't use all the language that made people confused. He's an "A" so far. I haven't been to the office yet, but will be in a few weeks. I will update more then! ***UPDATE*** So I went to the office and the staff was wonderful! A+++++ in my book! I would recommend them to anyone! ***ANOTHER UPDATE*** Dr. Coates came to see me twice, once before surgery and he was very sweet, next was the day after. I told him I took about 3 hrs to eat broth b/c I was so sleepy. He laughed! I think he's a great surgeon and dr. Although I talked to another woman who said that he was rude to her and he didn't let her change the medication. I haven't changed my view of him and he was very nice! Bedside matter was great and he's cute (I think anyway--thats why I chose him!) lol! "
