Dear Frankie, Congrats on the wonderful LONG TERM success story and your reconstruct info. I am having my panni and my arms and top of thighs done Friday, May 16th. I am scared but so excited. Keep me in your prayers and may we both continue to be blessed. Hugs Janice353/317/154

Frankie, I am so glad to hear you had 3 children after the procedure! I am 33 and have no children yet. I just started taking prenatal vitamins and am going for my 1 year check up with the surgeon to get the go ahead to get pregnant. The bloodwork he ordered all came out wonderful. I was taking 2 multi-vitamins a day but the OB/GYN said to discontinue and just take one Prenate a day. I am going to varify w/Surgeon. What did you use for supplements w/pregnancy?

2 weeks post-op "plastics" today, hoping to get the last drain out, what a nuisance they are!! well AMOS family after 18 years i FINALLY have a flat tummy and breasts where they belong!! no more nasty skin apron!!! Halleluiah! and Thank God for my wonderful insurance. You what???? I am OK!!!!!!!!
