FIRST HAPPY SPRING EVERYONE!!!

I can see the end FINALLY!!!!!! This month has been killer!! partly my fault though!!! instead of spacing my doctor appointments out i made them all for this month and my LAST 3 are this week and then i should be done!!! wooowhooo!!! except for my montly visits with Solan (the nutritionist)  and Renesa (the psychologist) I am meetin with Renesa once a month becuase i want to! i dont have to but i think its extra support for me and i think that will help me out more!! on top of that i plan to go to every excrise/support group meeting and thats the 1st tuesday of every month!! i really enjoyed goin to it this past month and i wanna go again in April!!! April is gonna be a much eaiser month for me but i am glad that i did it this way that way everything is out of the way and now if something comes up i still have another 4 months to get it done!!!!!!!

i am doing great on my diet!! i have lost a total of 6 lbs so far this month and am thrilled!! i am 289 woooowhooo so wounderful to say that!!! oh and i am drinkin 100oz of WATER a day!!! yupers its true!! its a lot eaiser than i though!! i drink about 110oz to 155oz a day! i think thats really great!!!!
