"I agree with all the wonderful things said abt Dr. Smith and his staff. Shannon is my fav!! Dr. Smith is Fab!!!!!!!! CUTE too!! :) Very professional.
The only complaint i have is the accomodations at the Best Western made via the Surgery Center in Hurst. (A surgery clinic in Hurst is where I had my surgery done.) The Best Western is OLD. NO CENTRAL AIR so the wall unit turned ON AND OFF all night every 30 seconds. Outside temp was geater than 104 degrees so you had to run it or die of heat stroke. I did not sleep due to the noise it made. Also the bed was hard as a ROCK very uncomfortable and even more so after surgery. Had I known this I would have opted to pay for another place to lodge. I payed $10,500 (out of my own pocket cuz my insurance did not cover) that included hotel. The hotel was a HUGE LET DOWN. I think this hotel should not be used."
