How can I upload an updated photo? I tried but it keeps saying my pictures are to large.

I am just a little worried because I am 8 days out of surgery and up until now I've been doing great. No pain and drinking everything I'm suppose to except the amount (640z) is still alot. I felt nauseated all day today. I don't know if it's because I've have been drinking milk with my hot chocolate and I may have become lactose intolerant or what. I'm still not in any pain. I never had to take any pain medicine after the left the hospital. That's how good I was doing. So with feeling this now has me a little concerned. Any help?

Can anyone tell me if there is a big difference between regular Whey and Whey Isolate? My sister-in-law is getting gastric bypass surgery like me but she is going to a different place. Her nutritionist told her to only use Whey Isolate because plain Whey had too many fillers. I asked my nutritionist and she said it makes no difference. Is one brand better than all the others?
