Hello My name is Tammie I am 33 yrs old and I have been over weight my entire adult life and most of my childhood. I am happily married to a wonderful man. He came into my life will be 10 yrs on July 4Th 2010, we married Oct 13Th 2002. I had 2 kids from previous marriage. I have 4 kids a 15 yr old 11 yr old (with AUTISM), 16 month old and a 6 month old yes you read right 16 and 6 months! They were suppose to be 11 months apart but my Trenton thought he wanted to come on out a bit early so he did 5 weeks early!
So you see I have alot to live for and I want to see my kids grow up and have kids of their own. I need this surgery to do so!
