Reached 220 pounds today! I have a great feeling that I am going to reach my goal of 180. I have a great support system here at work. I have lost 6 pant sizes. I am feeling better and better all the time. I have had a few people come up to me and ask how I did it. some are exploring having the surgery. I have noticed before I was always tired and had a bad attitude. Now the attitude has changed and I feel so much happier.
