I am a 45 year old mother of two and grandmother of two with one on the way. (It;s a girl)  I am very excited about changing my life for the better!!   My brother and sister -in-law both have had surgries this year and are doing great. I have been over weight most of my adult life. My parents both weigh around 300 lbs. and  are both in bad health (this scares me to death.) I want to live a long healthy life!!!!  Just expecting good thing!!!
