Hey there,

I am down by 151 pounds from my highest weight of 320. I am now 169 lbs. WOW!!!!!!! I am loving it. I feel so much better. Thanks everyone for you help and encouragment!

It has been a long time since I have wrote anything. Life has been crazy. I am down 67 lbs in 5 months since surgery. My recovery has been picture perfect. No problems what so ever. I go back to see Dr. Husted on October 5th. I am curious about my labs. I hope all is well.

Well, I am going through the house cleaning here and there. I am trying to get ready to leave on Thursday. I am not nervous yet. I am just so excited. I have been waiting for this for several years. I am ready to start my new life.

I have been trying to do on the liquid diet. I cheated a little bit last week. I have done really good the last several days. Easter was the hardest to get through. I know it is for my good for a smooth surgery.

That about all I have for now. I will let you all know next week how I am doing. I should be home on Monday night.
